My Teaching Philosophy

I feel people learn best when they are in an environment that is positive and inviting. Treating every student with respect will always be a focus of mine. I believe that learning is a process that should be taken with a step by step approach. We will work through concepts one step at a time with constant evaluation to ensure that every student learns and understands the material we are working with. This step by step approach will make every student confident in what they are doing within the class and that leads to self motivation and success. Let's have a great year!!
